How to export to Illustrator/Flash

Is it possible to export anme files to Illustrator/Flash files ?

Not really.

You can, however, export to SWF (with some restrictions: mo masks, no gradients etc), open in Flash, and export to AI from there.

No.

(Animation you did with bones will look the same in Flash, but of course the bones will not be there in Flash.)
