Video audio synchronization

Post by PARKER »

Some time ago i uploaded a video on youtube of Peter Griffin introducing my channel but i noticed that the lipsync was not correct as you can see it here:

In the original video everything work great, the synchronization is perfect but once i uploaded it to youtube it changed, the lipsync was not correct, i guess its a problem youtube has? can somebody tell me how to fix or avoid this problem please?
I wouldnt like to have this problem with my upcoming series Animated Comedy.

Parker, I see just a slight delay. We are are talking about a fraction of a second. I do not see it as a problem.

You could always upload it to Vimeo and see if it out of sync there to narrow the problem down.

I've seen a lot of this sort of thing on YouTube. I view a lot of musicians (mainly guitar players) on YT, and it seems they are always out of sync. I've read about this also on various forums, so I think it's a YouTube problem, but I don't know what the solution is. Maybe contact YouTube and see if they have anything to tell you about it.
