ASP misses the path of images !

Post by gogo22 »

Hi

after I format my computer , I installed my Anime studio pro 7 again
to complete my project , But the surprise was when it didn't show any images , but appeared in the form of broken images icons ! Image

I tried to replace image source one by one and they appeared again !
but I can't do that because I worked of a big project , many scenes , many groups and many lots of images in every scene

Is there a way to solve this problem ?
or at least re-loading all images path in a easier way ?

and sorry about my bad english writing .

it's about where you save the images. Anime Studio files work like an html file. In your next projects, use this image as guide:
Image

Now, for your current project, you can open the anme file in notepad and replace the wrong image routes with the fixed (using Replace all you put the wrong route and the new one). It's slow, but much more faster than changing the images one by one.
Remember to always save a backup before any change.

Thaaaaaaaaank you selgin
you let me know what the problem exactly from your reply !

when I opened the file by notepad I noticed that my old drive was D: drive , and after formatting it takes another name E: drive

so all the old paths was saved (for example ) as D:Project/images.jpg

and now they are in E:Project/images.jpg

so the solution is simple
I'll try to change my drive name back to D: drive
or change just the D: character to E: in all files

anyway next time I'll do also what you explain in the folders image guide

thank you for helping :)
