Eve of October...

Post by neomarz1 »

:D :D :D Extended Clip :D :D :D

Wow, I got a lot done today. I think everyone will like this. The end is a bit rough, and I slapped the sound effects in, so its not polished, but it will give you an idea what to expect. Take care all.... Marzout! you all may have seen most of the beginning, but I extended the end. More to come.

MacKell is one hot villainess, I'm looking forward to seeing more of her in future episodes. I've commented on this before, but your environmental shots are really impressive.

Eeeek, I just came back with fresh eyes, and I think the running animation doesnt look right... I'll have to work on that. Thanks Neeters on the comment. Yeah, I had an awakening in photoshop last night. The overhead shot really came out good. You should have seen it before I toned it down. I had brilliant reds in the scene, Looked very cool, but it was Tooo much, so I toned it down. Sometimes too much brilliance can be a little much. As it is... The color pallette really doesnt make sense, it's a bit surreal... But a little crazyness doesnt hurt either. Oh, buy the way I just noticed that Ben Dunn was on face book, so I did a friend request. It seems he is working on a "Warrior Nun" Movie... Well, he seems to have a producer working on his project. Thought you might find that interesting. Marzout!

Thanks much! Just went to Disneyland, checked out the little animation studio there (well, the fake studio for tourists)... Interesting, They showed a photo of an old Multiplane camara there. I had to laugh when you said multiplane camara, because things have changed a lot since the old camara platforms. I tell you those guys were amazing to use the equipment they had back then. Marzout!

It looks awesome, I wish I could draw that well. And the dialogue is very good too.

The continual camera zooming when a different character speaks was distracting though. Maybe you could try some over the shoulder drawings of your characters to give a bit of variation to the cuts. e.g.
