Looks nice. The timing is a bit off. The pitcher's arm is at maximum speed after he has thrown the ball.

I think Digicel Flipbook is the best tool to do frame by frame animation to get the timing right (program is centered around an easy to use exposure sheet). It can act as a "pencil sketch" program. But I wouldn't want to draw an entire animation with Flipbook. The drawing capabilities are less than that of MS Paint :)
