Cannot create anymore vector layers

Hi,

Was building a character in Anime Studio Pro 7, when all of a sudden the program wouldn't let me create any more vector layers. The menu in create layer gave me the options of Image, Note, and Audio. Have no idea what's going on. Please help!

Uhm. totally weird. Try reinstalling.

It seems to be you are trying to add a layer while NOT on frame 0.

You can not add vector layers on any frame other than 0 --IF-- you have "enable drawing tools only on frame o" checked.

Go to edit/preferences and uncheck it.

You guys were right. I had inadvertently clicked on the timeline. Yep! I'm an idiot!
