When I first got the demo for Anime Studio Five it started up with this great rig i liked to practice with.
I bough it and now i can't find it ?
Where is it ?
And one more question , when I run the program the toolbox is an empty gray box..so I cant really do anything...

Reinstall the software, probably there was a mistake when installing it.
About the character, I think it was Winsor. If you are on AS7, look at the library>version 5>winsor
