can papagayo be used with other program?

Hi, i was wondering if papagayo can be used with other software such as photoshop because i like to use photoshop's frame by frame animation and i want a program that would help me lip sync. So, can I use papagayo with photoshop? if so how can i do that?

Synfig uses Papagayo output files as input for list of images. If you can write a pluging in Photoshop or Gimp that uses that feature you can use Papagayo for that.

i don't know how to write a plugin for it to be used in photoshop
