For anyone experiencing this, I fixed it by disabling my antivirus. This started when I switched to Avast Free.

Thanks for your help. Maybe I'm spoilt coming from Spine 2D, which allows you to specify compression and framerate on a PNG sequence export. But it's meant for game engines really. PNG Sequence Quality/ frame rate export
Are there any options to change the frame rate and/or quality of the PNG export? All I could find was a feature request for this from 2004.

Ok thanks for your help Synthsin. Was hoping there was a more automated way of doing this with dynamics/ position control, but can settle for that if that's how it goes.

With that, the bone follows the other bone exactly. I'm looking to add a timing offset. Like valueAtTime in After Effects, or a dynamics wiggle to the position.

Wondering if this is a bug or expected behavior?
Using a vector to mask a bitmap works great. But if I try to use a bitmap to mask another bitmap, it just uses the bounding box and ignores the alpha.
