I've rigged a character that I would like to continue to use but when I open the library tab there are not buttons visible for me to click. Is there anyway I can save this rigged character and be able to import them into other scenes with the rigging still there?

When I click the window tab and go to library there are no buttons, folders, or categories for me to click on. How can I fix this or get around this. I want to save a character that I have rigged with a head turn for later use.
