There seems to be a catch 22 situation with the melting versus reduction .
Drawing with straight edges looks best with a fair amount of reduction (about 20%) , but (of course) melting happens the least at 0 .
So we can't have one without the other.

Why do the old points actually wander so much when reduced, why does it get worse and worse ?
Is there no other way to get the old points to stay put?
How does it actually work Wes?
Is it screengrabbing?
