I think you can do any style with Moho. It will take some blood sweat and time, but it's possible.
This is the result of a Bugs Bunny test I did a while ago to recreate that feeling of the old Looney Tune movies:

AFAIK this was done in Moho:




And that was way back in 2007, so I think, yes you can, but it'll still take quite some effort.
