Richinri, learning to draw is not such an insurmountable task , especially if you want to do something as simple as you suggest.
Indeed using AS is far more complicated than drawing a simple face.
Just get some clip art and trace it, if you are really convinced that it is impossible, but it the task at hand of making a face shape and sticking a mouth shape on it is no mountain it's merely a small hill.
Put on your learning shoes and get to it, excuses are no excuse , drawing in fact possible for ANYONE there is no special trick, just a few simple principles.
