Sketchy rounded line caps

Not the holy grail I hoped for.
The radius is not proportional to line width. If you have a line width of say, 20 the "sketchy" effect with a radius of 8 just barely rounds the corners of the ends and corners of the stroke.
I do remember playing with this a long time ago and I think this is why I never bothered with it. On most of my creations the sketchy effect is barely noticeable.

I see another application, line quality. Remember, if you draw with ink on paper that when two lines come close together, they bleed ink. Also, when you start a line, the ink doesn't immediately flow onto the paper.
Of course, with the line width tool we don't really need such a technique any more. I think it is a relic from earlier versions. There may be some circumstances in which you want to use this line attribute, although I can't imagine which circumstances.
I think if you would need to draw specific line endings, you'd better of using fills as line endings, so you have much more control.
