I had totally overlooked, that there is a toolbar for the create shape tool . "stroke" was unchecked! No wonder my enter click didnt create the stroke.

i am not a scripter, but in Maya its easy to hack yourself a script together with tons of examples in the web and an interactive script window, that echos all your Maya activities.
Imho Vetruvians have great potential. i didnt find any vetruvian tutorial with attached switch layers for the hands, so i thought, its maybe not possible or not vetruvians purpose.
I found out, that the use of referenced switch layers for hands is unstable, if you change somthing like adding a new hand or so.
1. A Parent Constraint/ Rivet Constraint (that works outside of a bone layer)to pin shapes to specific points of bones or shapes 2. A Freeze Transformation command like in Maya, to set every value of a shape or a layer to zero (not a reset)! IMHO a must have for every professional Animation Pipeline...

in TBHarmony you can recolor everything. Select the color ID, change the color and all objects in your scene in all layers with that color get the new color.
For example: i want adjust a specific skintone in all of my characters with one click.
