Re: Referencing Behaviour of Styles (in Context of Characters)...

..good stuff. This conversation makes me understand styles more. I used them in a more "absolute" way but i see now how they can work combined. If used like that the secound style slot makes more sense :D
Thanks

Re: Why does double-click not key the rotation of a bone anymore?

What works for me: with one bone selected: hold alt + klick = Key on Position hold strg + klick = Key on Rotation Unfortunateley with many bones selected it does not work. Would be awesome to have this as feature! Workaround: Right klick on the timeline on the channel which sould be keyed and select...

Re: Referencing Behaviour of Styles (in Context of Characters)...

Dear Greenlaw, Thanks for looking into it! I will try this, propably also with a demo file first. (I will aim to set it up in a similarly obvious way! :D <3) ((also I agree that new styles should be marked. how should I pick the correct one? is it the one applied or not applied??)) I just want to as...

Re: Referencing Behaviour of Styles (in Context of Characters)...

Dear Greenlaw and Lukas, Thanks for your answer! My quick research led me to IDs already but I couldn't figure out how to manipulate them. I do have all the Styles with character-specific names. However it could be that they are created as a copy, when I copied the character file and made a new one....

Referencing Behaviour of Styles (in Context of Characters)...

Hello Everyone, Here's my current problem: I have 2-3 characters in separate Master files. All layers are set up with styles (8-12 per character). I imported them into several scenes where they interact. Everything is fine. Now I changed the characteristics of a texture layer in each character. All ...

Re: ...properly use "linear" interpolation?

Thanks slowtiger for the detailed walkthrough. It game me an "aha moment" :) I certainly understand now better how the smooth interpolation works! Unfortulately it doesent work with the same value and a copied key. With rotation it requires to alter the value at least a tiny bit. On a rig ...

Re: ...properly use "linear" interpolation?

Here a similar situation in Moho:
Left key set to Easyin/out. Right Key set to Linear, but it is actually Ease in.
Is there a easy way to set them to "linear on arrival"?

...properly use "linear" interpolation?

Hey there, I am currently starting to animate more and more in Moho. Coming from ae I find myself missing the option to set a whole bunch of keyframes to the interpolation mode linear (on arrival !). Modes in Moho influence the space between the current and the next keyframe. But how can I have an E...

I've never seen anything like that. Can you post a project file with the relevant part of the rig and pants legs? Yes here it is: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/eiomjfn8x65egmv7ntykm/VATER_36_Greenlaw.moho?rlkey=bds1bp22pct9pycnkrwff2ktr&dl=0 I deleted most of the other things in the rig. On th...

Spinemovement on smartbones of Turn Characters, Yes or No ?

A Question to the Swarmexperience: When creating characters that turn around (at least 180°) do you move your spine bones in the smartaction to get closer to a natural body posture or do you strictly keep your spine straight and unrotated to avoid hirarchy conflicts etc. later when animating in the ...

Problem with Vectorpoints in MOHO 14.30 compared to 14.20 ??

oooook. I just wanted to show the the first complete Rig for my film to someone and almost fainted when it was suddenly "broken". I opened the exact same file i rendered a test animation from some months ago but suddenly the knees of the charachter (vector points) jumped wildly around. Aft...

...delete one of two shapes directly on top of each other...?

Hey there, I added an element to my turn charchter on a new layer using the add points tool and then the create shape function. Anyhow i must have pressed the latter twice or so as i now have two shapes on top of each other. To one Iassigned a stroke, the other one is empty and not needed. I would l...
