I don't seem to have access to all of my fonts when using the 'insert text' tool. About 255 out of the 499 fonts appear but nothing seems to distinguish them from the rest other than they are first in the list of file names within the font directory. So how do I get the others?

I tried the Z axis translate but this remains orientated to the view and doesn't change. It seems the program keeps the X,Y,and Z axis orientated to the view and not to the angle of the layer?!
