Re: Smoke with stroke brushes and opacity

I've made a few tryouts and finally figured out what it was all about - Jitter Angle / larger than 0 - in Brush settings. Even yours is working when the brush is adjusted. If Jitter Angle is set to 0, then it acts in "both directions". p.s. During the tryouts (with JA at 0) and on the line...

Re: Smoke with stroke brushes and opacity

I don't know how much does it helps you, but I've managed to recreate the effect, from the video. I've followed Victor's steps, and it works just as it's expected. However, I couldn't make the stroke generate from the centre, so I was wondering if you'd share the step-by-step on how you made it sinc...

Re: Feature request from a Motion Designer

There are things in Moho that can be animated and those that can not. Some are obvious and some are less obvious. [For starters, as Moho has more of its own (more or less) uniqueness] Most of the expectations are colliding with this simple insight. I would consider it a base for a better and more en...

Re: Disable Space Bar While Drawing

... to make me change my behaviour. We moved out of town when I was 4. Several years later, my parents came back to visit some friends, and here we are, walking through the old neighbourhood. There's a sidewalk and the park on the right, divided by small shrubs. All of a sudden, I'm riding a slalom...

Re: Disable Space Bar While Drawing

It could easily be just me and the way I understood the issue - as in accidental pressing of the space bar. I'm quite familiar with your approach, but from time to time, I don't move the playhead by mouse all the way to the kf0. If I'm jumping back and forth within the first 12-24fr (i.e.). In my ca...

Re: Disable Space Bar While Drawing

I believe all of us encountered this "space bar" mishap but perhaps it could be solved with some visual "hint" - as in a different colour for the timeline, while on kf 0? It works just fine for other colour changes on the timeline - relative keyframing changes it to red (i.e.), s...

Re: Feature request from a Motion Designer

Hi, Lars

You've made a rather odd (upside/down) composition of your introduction but, fortunately, I read it all 8)

Have you checked this one - https://mohoscripts.com ?

Re: MR Animate Points 1.1

Thanks for the swift reply
There was another mr_utilities - within the Tool folder (ver.1/8.12KB). I've deleted it and everything is back in order.

Re: MR Animate Points 1.1

Thanks. Eugene. That sounds like it. I believe I overwrote the previous version (copied new filess over the previous ones, in all folders). If I delete everything, restart and then "install" the new version - would that solve the thing? Not sure what the other way would be to "termina...

Re: MR Animate Points 1.1

Certainly. I've double checked before posting the screenshot.

Everything is in place, and since this script requires AE Utilities and MR Utilities (as separate dependencies), I've updated them as well with the latest editions. Alas, to no avail

Very well. Thanks for your input.
I thought I made it obvious that I can handle manual script installation.

Re: MR Animate Points 1.1

Hi, Stan I've always installed scripts manually. To be frank, I can't remember if I ever used the Install Scripts option. Can't say I don't want to, it's more like I already formed a habit/routine to make it manually. My reasoning lies in the fact that I prefer to keep the Tools panel tidy (groups, ...

I've seen your comment about updating utilities, which I did, but the same happened again. Any advice?

Re: Can the Transform Points bounding box be aligned to the deformed object?

Hi, your message is quite understandable, just as your query. I believe the option from Illustrator that you're referring to is Reset Bounding Box. There are some differences in behaviour, and thus, I think there are some reasons for the current state. First of all, in Moho and as is, you can animat...

TIming charts in 3D/Blender - addon

Ever since traditional 2D animation moved into the digital realm, further influence on 3D was perhaps inevitable. This addon comes from a guy who made some excellent animations with Blender's Grease Pencil, so this kind of approach isn't much of a surprise to me, but it sure looks great as an option...
