Re: Cannot get support nor a confirmation email
Office should not be affected, but I guess the main staff is in Annecy this week!

Re: Can't animate the drift color independently
Have you tried to first check "animated layer effects" in the layer tab, and only then set the drift colour? (I'm just guessing.)

Re: 3D Buildings
I did some sketchy 3D setups of a house or a piano to get a rotation right, but only used that as reference to trace over in TVPaint. There was a very nice example in a short online which had the common parallax tracking, but added side walls to buildings which followed perspective. Worked very nice...

Ah, that login issue I had over the last weeks. Right now everything works.
One little trick: delete the cookies for this website (your browser should be able to), this often helps me to cure such fuckups.

Re: only show the parent arrows for the selected bone?
You can keep any bone invisible by making it a shy bone (and reverse that, of course). This is useful f you have a rig with many small bones cluttering your view.

Re: track born to video?
You could place the root bone of a bone layer exactly on the origin point, then track that layer to a video.

Re: why when i pan zoomed out does it go 2d ? Help!
I think there's a misunderstanding on your side about camera moves and their visual results. In the file you sent me there are several levels of asteroids, each with a different Z value. The camera move there does not change focal length. It only moves the camera along the Z axis (tool 4). A general...

Re: why when i pan zoomed out does it go 2d ? Help!
Ah, now I see what you're doing. Your asteroids seem to be all on the same level. If you zoom in (use a long lens), the perspective distortion from panning (camera tool 7) is nearly invisible because you only see about half a dozen at any time. If you zoom out (use a shorter lens (wide angle), persp...

Re: why when i pan zoomed out does it go 2d ? Help!
Without a video it's hard to say.
I've noticed that a multiplane scene can easily break when I combine a camera pan (sideways) with a zoom-in/track in, so I mostly avoid this. Tricks to cover this: have a very fast zoom-in, or a clean cut between scenes.

Re: what this lines?
Of course it shouldn't. But lots of stuff happens anyway, in any software, so I've learned the hard way not to waste too much time to make the software behave perfectly (it never does, and it's not my job anyway). Instead I know from experience where problems are likely to occur (especially when mor...

I suggest to not place the separation there, just to avoid this problem.

Re: Scaling Multiple Layers
Ah! Well, use the second method I wrote - this will schange the scaling of each individual layer inside the group. There's some stuff to mind when creating a character/object: while you're building it, it's best to keep all layers at 100% and do the scaling of parts with the point scaling tool. This...

Re: Scaling Multiple Layers
Works here.
Select the group layer, select layer manipulate tool (M) and type in numbers, or just click and drag over the text field.
However, if you're inside the group and select a bunch of layers, only the first one will respond to text field changes. scaling per M tool scales all.

Re: Move audio file in timeline?
Woah, never used that! OK, but this only works forward - I had a scene recently where I had to move lots of layers to different positions to the left of # 0, this would not help. Best really would be a little window in the sequencer view indicating the number of frames something is moved, with the o...

Unfortunately not (AFAIK) - this is one of my ongoing regrets.
