How do I change the size of the red "re-sizing box"?

Hey guys.
"Wow, asking for help twice in one day??"
Yeah... Well... Shut up.
Anyway lets get down to business.
So (I don't know what it's called so I'm just going to call it the re-size box) red "re-size box" isn't fitting to my image. My image is in a switch layer with 4 other images and all 4 of the images are the same size. But I still can't get it to be smaller... I'm horrible at explaining things, here's a picture:

So, as you can see, on the left is how big I want it to be. (It's how big it is on the image layer) But on the right, (viewing from the switch layer)
it's so much bigger! (too big!) And yes, before you ask, all of the images in the switch layer are the same size of the left image.
And yes, this doesn't really matter as I can just ignore it because it still works the same way, it's still annoying.
Any help?
