to make good cartoony motion
export animation as image sequences(PNG with alpha for better results ,and
compositing in other softs)
Remove some inbetween images from sequence.
Then rename the image sequence in correct order
then import to composting soft.


Is this idea is okay...please post your coments

Can you not just reduce the frame rate?

Hmm...not so sure this is an effective workflow. You could perhaps remove some frames (non-destructively) in your compositing software. Perhaps more accurate to do this all in the timeline though, with STEP keyframes?
