NO outline on illustrator files

I am trying to import illustrator files in to moho..
i can only import illustrator and eps version 8.0 files
when i import them there is no outline on my pbjects?
i cant figure out a way to color these imported files or put outlines or change the thinkness of outlines in moho..
anyone..please help.. thanks
