I can't say that it looks interesting as I'm wondering how it's any different then their other products? Briefly looking through their site, it's just another Paper/Cut-Out app.
The-Tab also has something new out, but again, nothing dazzling.

the-TABs new bit of kit is good for the audience (children, beginners). I wouldn't touch it.
I got a feeling, TBle is a stripped version of Toon boom... and i don't even need to check the site... Cubase has done the same thing. Same name, less stuff.

No, it's just the next version of ToonBoom Solo with a different name. Same price, too.

It's the retitled Toon Boom Solo, with typical restrictions as image size, watermarks and PLE project file format.
everything else is there to play with

even when this is free to use and experiment with?
