Show Angles in Degrees like Menu Comand instead a Preference

I think that if this preference function would be in Animation Menu (in example) you could conmutate the way like graph mode show values when you need it, when you work with angles for bone animation or when you work with layers in movement (i.e.), and do the work more easy and this function more acessible/usefull, BYE!
