Hello, have noob question...i cannot play animations and export videos more than 3 secounds, who i expand than 72 limit frames (more than 3 scounds) on timeline?

Hold down the ALT key, then right-click on the frame numbers. Alternatively, you could go to the FILE menu -- under "Project Settings", you will find the END FRAME box -- type in the number of frames you want.
