Move Arround Time Line with Hand Tool

It'll be possible in future versions that you can move arround Time Line with the Hand Tool (in example) or with Center Mouse Button (better) like you do in Main Window? I think that this it'll be very most quickly and intuitive that move arround with the right/botton bars... especially when you have showed a lot of channels of animation, or when you are working in Graph Mode... Well, THANKS!(anyway)
...Ah! Another thing relationated, Graph Mode is very important and resorted, I think that had open a pop-up window every time that you must show it spend a lot of time, I think that a simple button (or maybe a hot key) above Time Line like "+/-" buttons to conmutate between both modes it'll be a best option, well, only an opinion...
