If you don't mind I will suggest some ideas to improve this small animation.
1) For a short test without a useful background make a closeup of the character. Details can be better appreciated.
2) It seems that you have used some kind of scale shape or scale layer to perform a pseudo head body turn. Why did you do in a step mode? You can use smooth interpolation instead. Would look better... unless that was the desired effect... It looks good anyway!
3) This beauty girl can do more things with eyes, and head. Don't be ashamed! Try an eye blink! rotate the head in the opposite direction of the body, move the pupils, ...
Hope to see more samples from your side.
Best

Did you use papagayo to analyse the mouths for switch layers? imho it doesnt seem totally in sync, and theres a distinct lack of a O and OU/OO mouth shape - considering shes saying 'i knOW WHo did it - yOU' its important to include this mouth shape. I counted only 4 mouth shapes - you really need more than that to express... Also, there is a discontinuation of mood - as she starts with a very big frown, but another mouth is really smiling so you dont know what shes trying to emote... also, eyebrows and eye lids will help in this department.
I think as you experiment with facial expression and mouth movement, i would keep the character head on camera and closer for the time being... that way you can see and analyse the face properly...
Finally, the turn makes her look totally flat - is that the style you are going for?
Looking forward to checking out your progress

good luck.
