The video was done by Pascal Blanchet (http://www.pascalblanchet.ca/), and I found it via http://dekku.blogspot.com/. Have a look at his site, it's a quite unique style with nice work in just a few subdued colours.

He has a really beautiful retro style.

Stylistically this is really nice. I love looking at things that make me reconsider ways to do things.
