Hey all, been looking around in the forums and could'nt find an answer to my question.

I'm using Moho 5 on Debian Linux, everything works great, made a few animations... But now I have to add a soundtrack to one of my animations. I tried going to File -> Impot -> Sountrack..., and Animation -> Select Sountrack, but both are always "greyed" out.

Is adding a soundtrack supported on Linux? If so, how do I add it?

No, the sound features are not supported on Linux. Moho uses QuickTime for all of its sound processing, and QuickTime is not available for Linux.

What supported animation rendering formats are available in the linux version. Is quicktime the only format not supported.

There is no QuickTime or AVI support on the Linux version of Moho. The Linux version can export SWF, or numbered still images in one of these formats: JPEG, PNG, BMP, TGA.

You can combine the sequence of numbered still images into an AVI file or MPEG using something like the mencoder utility.

You can add sound to your output video using a video editor. Not all the free video editors for Linux are yet in a mature stage, but there is at least one apparently mature commercial video editor for Linux - MainConcept's MainActor.

Some video editors will take a sequence of still images and treat it as a movie file, allowing you to edit and export as a real movie file. I don't know if MainActor will do this - try the demo.
