Adressing quesaco's thread

I'm starting a new post here to address quesaco's thread about his recent Anime Studio purchase. I've deleted the original thread for two reasons:
1. You're openly discussing using a cracked version of Anime Studio Pro. I know that this happens in reality with all software, but I don't need to support it in any way on my own site.
2. You became abusive to other users here. I understand that you're frustrated, but the other folks on this forum are generally very helpful, and were just trying to help resolve your problems. I don't think anyone was attacking you.
As to the problems you had with the actual software: I think the biggest issue you encountered was with SWF export. Unfortunately, there are features in Anime Studio that are not compatible with Flash. Anime Studio was never designed as a Flash-only authoring tool, so there are several features that are just not a concept that Flash understands (such as image warping). I wish Flash could support these, but I have no control over that.
In the manual we list all the specific features that are not compatible with Flash (see the Reference->Flash Tips section). There are lots of programs that do offer some level of Flash export without being able to export every single features of the program (take a look at many 3D animation programs, for example).
So, to try to ease tensions, I've offered quesaco a refund of his Anime Studio purchase. quesaco, if you want to keep the program and use it for what it is, you're welcome to do that. If you want the refund, we can do that too - we certainly don't want someone out there who feels that we took their money under false pretenses.
