seeking Flash or AS Animator for 4 minute musical cartoon

I am producing a 4 minute musical cartoon. Its a political satire very loosely along the lines of Jib Jab stuff such as "this land"
The piece has all the audio done (vocals and music) and is tightly storyboarded with an animatic in Flash. We are seeking a talented animator to take it the rest of the way.
The project is low budget but there is pay.
