A Text Box in Noise Tool It'd be Nice...

It'd be nice if we can choise a X and Y axis independent scale noise in a check box for this tool, this become it in one more interesting tool 
Done, took about 10 minutes flat (guess I'm getting used to this part), look in Scripting forum.
