Is there any direct way to contact Lost Marble other than their contact page and email?

Maybe a little random but my team has exhausted all our options.

I work at a college and I'm heading an animation team with student employees using Moho 14. We ordered licenses, but it's come to a standstill and we haven't heard back from Lost Marble via email for a good week or more. We ordered them about a month ago. It wouldn't be a huge deal except for the fact that deadlines are fast approaching. Animations need to be complete before our sound team can finalize the sound, and I don't want them to suffer from crunch time.
My first instinct was to give them (Lost Marble) a call, but there's no public number listed. I'm hoping maybe an employee lurking the forums can give me some contact info (I don't mind sharing mine privately if confirmation for my identity is needed), or at least forward this directly to someone who can help. We want to support you, Lost Marble!

Can you open a support ticket at

please? You should receive an automated confirmation email shortly after submitting a ticket, so keep an eye out for that to confirm we've received your support request.

I sent you a PM to find out more about your school and to get your email address.

As well, can you open a new ticket on our support site: https://lostmarble.com/support/
