Hi team,

I'm starting to get seriously fed up with my calendars. I have my personal account and my professional account for my contracts on Moho, and it's a complete mess. I end up double-booking appointments because I can't see my availability on the other account. What's your trick for synchronizing everything properly? I'd like my personal slots to block my business calendar, but without my clients seeing the details of what I'm doing—just “busy” would be enough.
If you use a tool or service that bridges multiple Google accounts, I'd love to hear about it because I'm wasting a ton of time checking everything manually.

Within Google Calendars, you can have multiple individual calendars per account and share individual calendars between accounts.

When sharing an individual calendar with another account, you can set a level of access from Limited Access: See only free/busy (hide details) to Full Access: Make changes and manage sharing. It sounds like you would need to share between the Personal and Work calendars, restricting the share to 'See only free/busy'.
