exporting colour effects

iv tried to make a nebula haze inside moho using 3 layers, all with different blurs on i checked the preview and it looked perfect i then exported it and its like the blur has been enhance by double and its blurred twice as much i dont know how to fix this or if its just a moho thing any help would be very much appreciated. [

By preview you mean a real render? cmd-R?

i do yes, but iv realised i think its because iv got a new 1440p monitor, because on my 1080p one it looks like the preview, however when i preview it in premiere and set it rec 709 it looks like the preview again. if that makes sense

Oh yes, colours and contrast can look very different on different monitors/devices. First step is always to set them all to the same colour standard. Glad you're set up now!
(I remember the worst client of the last years who complained about my colours being wrong, until I found out how he watched my videos: on a not colour-corrected laptop in a non-standard screen size. The only client I ever yelled at.)
