Line Redraw/Effects

I hope it's ok to post videos of other software's features. I feel like a lot of requests here are due to something they saw from other software or something they missed being able to do in those software.
So I deleted my request a few months back. It was to be able to have more control over the noise features in Moho. I just imagined being able to create more specific looking noise patterns like the triangle wave or square wave-like smears in anime. But if it's difficult to implement, maybe we could have a line redraw tool like in Clip Studio Paint.

It's similar to the line width tool in terms of being able to freely choose which parts to modify, but instead of changing the line thickness, the whole line is redrawn in any way. This way, the user could manually add the smears in any section and in any frame. Also, maybe the line width tool could be changed to a line modify tool which does other effects like noise or these cool new glitch type effects from Affinity:

I think the Blast, Shred, and Sawtooth ones would fit in animation.
