go to specific frame keyboard shortcut

I've searched everywhere for this and can't find an answer. I could have sworn there was a Go to Frame keyboard shortcut.
Is there not?
Also, where can I find all the Moho keyboard shortcuts? What I found online was very old and limited, a manual from 2004. That's what comes up when you do a search for Moho user's manual.
Thanks

The recent Moho online manual has a page at the end with all shortcuts.
As a general tip: nearly all shortcuts can be googled with "[program name] cheat sheet".

The only one I know is ctrl+shift+D (view>toggle frame zero).
Otherwise, you can enter the frame at the bottom of the workspace.

No problem! You can access the latest User Manual directly from the Help menu.
