Things disapear when switching to actions.

I found what I think is a bug.

I've created an action. After switching back to the main timeline, when I switch back to the action, several layers are gone. The layers are still there, but don't show up in the Action.

This could cause hours of frustration trying to "fix" the action.
Just by chance while in the action I saved the file. Bingo, all the missing layers came back. This works every time.
