Layer Ordering Commands

It would be nice to have layer ordering commands under the right-click options. These would include Up One, Down One, Top, Bottom, Top of Group, Bottom of Group, etc.

That and have a shortcut option like alt/ctrl up and down arrows or W and S.

Yes i agree, would be super cool if we could navigate through the layers via keyboard. Even stuff like select root layer so it always goes one up i.e. from vector to group to bone.

Selecting layers via shortcuts would be very useful. Also actually moving layers up and down via shortcuts.
