Blob Brush: Draw behind strokes doesn't always work

The "Draw behind strokes" option doesn't always work when i'm using it. Sometimes it just doesn't want to recognize the strokes on the same layer. I also had a case just now where it wouldn't even move the created shape anymore using the arrow tools.
Maybe significant maybe not but i noticed that Moho stops numbering the new shapes created by the blob brush so it's just:
_last_brush_shape_
as a name being created.
Also i'm using a style applied to the freehand strokes i draw but it's just a transparent color (no brush shape or anything).
