Is there a way to nudge bones?

I ran into a problem where I was trying to move a bone up and down in moho but only a small amount. I can move it with my mouse but my hands are a little shaky and end up moving the bone too much. Is there a way to even nudge things in moho? Similar in illustrator or flash where you can move things with the arrow keys. And sorry in advance if what I'm saying doesn't make sense.

we can hold ctrl and press a arrow key (this can work with vector points also. but i dont know if its possible for rotation)

Move the bone using the Angle text box. With the bone selected If your at 90` select it by double clicking type say 95` (on your next key frame) This should move your bone to the left and of course lower numbers 85` will rotate the bone to the right. you can use smaller increments as well like 91` and change it that way for every key frame.
