any body knows how to change the start point so it starts from different point of vector?
for example imagine a rectangle and the start-end point of Stroke exposure always is upper left point. how to change it?

I use this script:
SS Curve Exposure
It adds an alternative Stroke Exposure tool with this capability. To use it, simply Ctrl+Click on the point you want to set as the new start point. Easy-peasy!

Thank you very much. Not only because of help me, but also because I see that you respond to everyone you can with complete and compassionate care and detail. I hope you are always successful.
This script is amazing.

This is exactly the script I needed. If only changing the start point was able to be animated, i.e. it could be changed throughout the timeline. Maybe it can be and I'm doing something wrong.
If not, maybe I'll copy the shape and use switch layers to change between shapes with different start points.

Hi,
Animating the point order for Stroke Exposure's start point is an interesting idea, but I have a feeling that's not possible. I like your alternative solution, though. Will keep that one in mind when I need it.
I was wondering how you intend to use this technique?
When I need to animate a break in the shoulder line, or any line around a joint that's moving toward or away from the camera, I started out using Stroke Exposure, but now I prefer animating an edge's segment transparency or visibility. This can be done by creating individual edge segment shapes manually, or by using the following script from Synthsin75:
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=30678
The edge animation may not be as smooth as Stroke Exposure, but it's simpler to set up non-linear edge animation this way, and it usually looks fine during animation.
I'm mentioning the technique in case it applies to what you're doing. The script method takes a different approach, so you may want to try both to see which works better for the situation.
