Keyboard Shortcut for going up and down a layer tree + going back to root layer

Basically what the title sais. We have to shove through a lot of layers in Moho so it would make things so much easier if there were keyboard shortcuts to navigate layers.
My suggestion:
PgUp and PgDown for going up and down a layer hierarchy.
Home for going back to the root layer (Root Group or Bone Layer) if already on the root layer of a structure, just go to the very first layer in the layer window.
End go to the last layer of a structure.
This would be kind of the same behaviour as when editing text.
