Line Boil for Untextured Brushes

I recently had a project where i wanted to replicate the old school Flash-Style wobbly vector line. Flash doesn't have any textured brushes, the brush is just... bad but that gives it kind of its unique look that some creators really love.

I realized you couldn't apply the fancy new "line boil solely on movement" to an untextured brush. So i tried to just make a standard brush with a single black spot. But no matter how much i blurred it it would always come out pixelated. The anti-aliasing really only works for thicker, textured brushes:

The problem was described here:

In any case, i think it'd be great if we could apply the same effect to just the standard Moho vector brush. That way we get a clean line with the line boil still intact and working for just moving parts.

an enhancement request for a default (rather than "no") brush, to open up all the brush options, was raised about a year ago.... (J067)

I think that issue also links back to the thread I created here about AA distribution being bad for smaller line widths especially when you want disable AA and want to apply it in AE which a lot of anime productions do.

Yea i see this as relatively critical especially when you want to integrate to a production that uses the usual "dead line" TV style of clean-up but still sell them on doing some of the things in Moho because of features like line boil etc. that makes it look more integrated with the frame by frame part.
