Creating sharper edges on assets when they bend with a bone.

Hiya there,
Only been using Moho for a couple of weeks going through Chad's Course on Youtube. It's fab!
Just wondering if someone could help me out. So I've been following along to this tutorial on 'Rigging an Entire Character' which is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9nBd1Of8qI
At roughly about 9.20 into the video, he tests out the bend of the characters arm and his one has a much more sharper angle on his arm than the one I've set up. Mine feels very bendy and round when the arm bends and I'm not sure how to get it so that the assets are pointy at the joints like his.
Any advice would be great!
Thanks alot,
Al
