I don't think Moho has that feature natively, but SimplSam created a tool that aligns points. You can download it from here:

Thanks! I just installed it. I thought the mirror script could actually align points as well but it doesn't seem to have that. This is what I was looking for but not what I had before (?) Anyway it works and has more Alignment features.
