Not really a feature request, but a convenience thing: linking the entries from "Contents" to the actual page would be a nice improvement for the manual.

Agreed but i'd still favor to just transfer the PDF to a website including hyperlinks etc. I know it's quite some work but i think it'll make it easier to update and to use in the long run.

I think back in the day that actually used to work in the Moho manual, but it somehow got broken..
