13.5 freehand tool ignores Wacom pen pressure, although all other apps use it. "Use pen pressure" is selected.

I installed version 11.2 on the very same machine (OS 10.15) and freehand tool worked with pen pressure nicely, right from the start.

Wacom driver is 6.3.46-2.

Had the same problem! But i realized my pen pressure was too soft when I looked into my wacom tablet settings. That's what fixed it for me
