Can "Minimize frame-to-frame randomness" be set globally?

(I've noticed that many if not most of my questions deal with correcting mistakes I've made. Since I've seen this pattern with users of any software anywhere, I think I should judge the quality of any software by its ability to correct mistakes. It's easy to code something which follows a plan and the same sequence of actions every time. It's much harder to make all possible actions/options independent of each other.)

Title says it all:
Is there a way to set "Minimize frame-to-frame randomness" in the brush options
- globally in prefs
- globally for a whole document
- change it later after animation's already done?

There is an option with that name in project settings, but it only works for the stuff in the render style compartment, not for any brush used in shapes.

(I'd call this a mistake which should be corrected.)

At very least, I wish Moho had Load/Save buttons everywhere so global and project specific settings can be easily reused. They can be tiny unobtrusive buttons simply marked L and S and placed in the corner of each panel section, wherever it makes sense to have these buttons. There might even be a 'global' one at the bottom to save settings for the entire panel. This doesn't require Moho itself to store anything, it's all on the user to maintain their unique library of settings files.

Here's a mockup to illustrate...

I've used such buttons in a 3D animation program and they're very useful.

User manual page 276 tells about the Save Brush button, that allows you to save a new brush with the current settings. This is effectively a save/load button for brushes, like Dennis alludes to.
Page 278 explains how those settings are encoded in the brush file name. It explains it relative to multi-brushes, but it also works for regular brushes.

Technically, you could rename all the brush files to permanently have them default to minimize randomness.
Or a script could set all brush styles to do so after the fact.

Right now I'm safe because I only had to change 3 puppets manually ...
