saving as Jpeg

I've started a new project after not using Anime Pro in a while. I'm pretty sure I was able to save my work as a Jpeg before, but I can't seem to do that now. Can anyone help?
Export animation as an image sequence and select JPEG.
For a single frame, you can ctrl+R and save as JPEG from the dropdown.
